Service pricing may vary depending on location, job scope, urgency, or materials used. Any rates or estimates will be clearly communicated before work begins, and payment is due at completion unless prior arrangements are made. For mobile work, a minimum charge or travel fee may apply.

Cancellations made after a mobile technician has been dispatched may still be billed a service fee. Shop appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if conditions are unsafe or outside our capabilities.

Parts supplied by us are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties. Used or brokered parts are sold as-is unless otherwise noted. Warranty on labor or workmanship will be stated on your invoice if provided. We are not responsible for issues caused by customer-supplied parts, previously undiagnosed mechanical damage, or delays caused by outside suppliers or weather.

 Most repair and fabrication work performed by Bayou Fab & Service comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty, unless otherwise stated on your invoice. This covers issues that arise due to our error or poor workmanship — not normal wear, abuse, or unrelated mechanical failure. If something we did fails within that window, we’ll make it right.

 New Parts provided by Bayou Fab & Service are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and part type. We will help you process any legitimate warranty claims if the part fails under normal use. We do not warranty parts provided by the customer unless inspected and approved beforehand.

 Used or brokered parts are sold as-is, with no warranty unless specified in writing. These are often pulled from salvage or overstock and tested to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee long-term performance.
